Dany Heatley scored three times, Joe Thornton recorded his 600th NHL assist, and the San Jose Sharks beat the Philadelphia Flyers 6-3 on Friday night.
Manny Malhotra, Ryane Clowe and Patrick Marleau also scored for the Sharks, who are 7-0-2 at home.

Red Wings goaltender Chris Osgood felt fine physically in his first game after missing three with the flu.
Osgood faced half as many chances as Florida goaltender Scott Clemmensen, as the Wings outshot the Panthers, 40-20.
But Bryan McCabe's goal 40 seconds into overtime handed the Wings a 2-1 loss Friday night at Joe Louis Arena.

Winning goalkeeper Garrett Van Buskirk stopped all 19 shots he faced Thursday night as the Sioux City Metros picked up their third consecutive victory, 2-0 over the Omaha Energy in Midwest High School Hockey League action.
Sioux City raised its season record to 4-4.
Van Buskirk posted his second shutout of the season, all which have happened in the last three games.
